Studio Policies:

Prices are subject to state/local taxes and any traveling fees outside of 50 miles of 30354. The quote provided at the time of your original emailed inquiry is valid for 7 days as prices are subject to change at any time.

A signed electronic agreement and 50% of your session are due at the time of booking to reserve your session date. If the retainer and contract are not submitted within 48 hours, the date and time will be opened again for other inquiries.

Payment plans are available. Your remaining balance is due in full 2 weeks prior to the session via online invoicing or check.

There is a fee of $500 for each additional person being photographed outside of the session contract. This is strictly enforced.

Clients are responsible for caring for any services not rendered by Mecca Gamble Photography, LLC or provided in conjunction with the service or collection. This includes securing vendors, locations, dates, contracts, and paying any additional fees.

Sessions may only be rescheduled one time for personal reasons (not due to weather) no later than 14 days prior to the session with a refundable deposit of $300 and must be rescheduled within 30 days. If rescheduled less the 14 days from the session the full amount will be due as liquidated damages with a $300 fee plus the costs of vendors. Any additional cancellations will terminate the contract. After 90 days of the original contract, the retainer amount and any payments made will be forfeited and you will have to begin the booking process again.

Sessions will begin and end on time. Session times will not be extended due to late arrival. An arrival that is more than 30 minutes late must be rescheduled within 30 days with a $300 fee plus the cost of vendors. You may opt to extend your session for an hourly fee if time is available on the photographer’s calendar.

Photography sessions are closed to only those being photographed. No more than one additional guest is permitted to limit distractions and unnecessary exposure to the Covid-19 virus.

Mecca Gamble Photography adheres to strict copyright laws. All photographs taken will remain the copyrighted property of Mecca Gamble McConnell doing business as Mecca Gamble Photography, LLC.

HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK MY SESSION?

In order to have a successful shoot, we recommend booking your session no later than 4-6 weeks prior to the date you'd like to schedule, but you may book up to 90-days in advance as the calendar is open for booking each quarter.

WHERE WILL WE SHOOT?

My natural light studio is located minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, Ga. During your telephone consultation, we'll explore various indoor and outdoor options that will be the best fit for your brand and messaging.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ONLINE GALLERY?

Your online gallery will be delivered via email within two weeks post-session. Your exact delivery date and terms will be outlined on your photography contract. There is a chance of the gallery being delivered prior to the contracted date contingent upon my schedule and current workload, however, rush delivery is available for $500 and returned within 48 hours.

CAN I USE THE IMAGES ON MY INSTAGRAM, WEBSITE & MARKETING MATERIALS?

Absolutely! You will receive a limited copyright release outlining the terms, but you may use the images in print and online for personal or professional marketing for your brand as long as proper credit is provided. Please inquire regard publishing, brand sponsorships, or paid ads as they require another fee and licensing.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF MY SESSION?

I monitor forecasts closely and will attempt to reschedule any outdoor sessions no later than 48 hours in advance of inclement weather being reported for a date within 30 days of your original date.
